FIRST TIME VISITORS
TMA MEMBER - To setup your account, click “REQUEST A PASSWORD.” A window will appear, asking you to activate your account. Enter your member email and click “REQUEST A PASSWORD.” A popup window will appear, asking you to validate your membership. Enter your first name, last name, and zip code. You will receive an email containing a link to set your password. The email will be sent within a couple minutes. Please remember to check your spam or clutter folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
NONMEMBER - No need to login. A new profile will be created for you on the billing page during the reservation process. Please note, if your email is associated with another account you must login to finalize your purchase. For assistance, please call (419) 255-8000 ext. 7448 during Museum hours.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS
If you have made a reservation on this site on or after March 20, 2018, please enter your email address and password to log in to your account.
